Eating for affordable housing

You can make a life-changing difference for a qualified, low-income Washington County family in need of affordable housing without working up a sweat, climbing a ladder or swinging a hammer. All you, your friends, neighbors and coworkers need to do to help Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah “bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope” is eat!

Join Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah staff, board members and volunteers on Thursday, March 21, between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. at Golden Corral in St. George for an all-you-can-eat fundraiser on behalf of the nonprofit affordable housing organization which has, to date, built 23 houses in its 19-year history in Washington County.

Tickets are now available online at www.habitatswu.org, at the Habitat ReStore at 835 S. Bluff Street or from any board member at a cost of $13 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under. All tips and gratuities go to Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah.
