Lost something in Hurricane? The Police Department may have it

ST. GEORGE — If you’ve lost something in Hurricane, there’s a chance the Police Department has it.

On its Facebook page Monday, the Hurricane City Police Department posted a list of items considered “found property” stored in the department’s evidence room.

“If you have lost property within the last 90 days, and it matches the description (on the list) below, please call 435-635-9663 x125,” the post reads.

You must be able to show proof of ownership and have a detailed description of the property you lost before the Police Department will hand it over.

The department says it will dispose of any unclaimed items.
