ST. GEORGE — A crash on southbound Interstate 15 about 4 miles south of the Utah-Arizona border is slowing traffic through the area as of 6 p.m. MST / 7 p.m. MDT Monday.
Update 6:20 p.m. MDT / 7:20 p.m. MDT. Traffic has cleared and is no longer being impacted in the area of the crash.
The Arizona Department of Transportation is categorizing the crash at milepost 25 as having a “high impact” on traffic.
A St. George News reporter on scene said traffic is blocked in one lane and slowed behind mile marker 26.
The crash is expected to be cleared from the road by approximately 6:30 p.m. MST / 7:30 p.m. MDT, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
