ST. GEORGE — The Dixie Wing Air Force JROTC will hold its annual parking lot sale and car wash Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of Dixie High School, 350 E. 700 South.
If you have previously-loved items you would like to donate, please drop them off at the AFJROTC building located across the street from Dixie High School Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or Saturday at the Dixie High School parking lot sale beginning at 6 a.m.
Your donation of previously-loved items and cash donation will be greatly appreciated, the AFJROTC said in its press release. For more information or if you need items picked up, please call Sarah at 435-313-1056.
Funds raised from the sale and car wash directly benefit the cadets with drill meets, special events and summer camps.
The mission of the program is to develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community. The skills learned in the AFJROTC will benefit the cadets throughout their life.

About Dixie Air Force JROTC
The AFJROTC Dixie Wing UT-20061 serves female and male cadets, grades 9-12 in the Washington County School District and Tuacahn High School. Students include those with special needs, those staying in school because of the program, those interested in enlisting in the military and those bound for universities and military academies, former Dixie JROTC Booster Club President Linda Elwell said.
The mission of the AFJROTC is to develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community. Goals include instill values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility and instilling a sense of accomplishment to the youth.
