ST. GEORGE — A 38-year-old St. George man was arrested Tuesday for alleged unlawful sexual conduct with a 16-year-old in 2013.
During an investigation into the unlawful sexual conduct with a minor report, detectives conducted a follow-up interview with Warren Leonard Black, according to a probable cause statement written by St. George Police Detective John Manzer in support of the arrest.
During the follow-up interview, it was determined that Black did, in fact, have unlawful sexual contact with a 16-year-old, according to the statement.
The sexual misconduct occurred on at least two occasions in St. George between April 2013 and August 2013, the statement said.
Black was arrested and booked into the Washington County Purgatory Correctional Facility, charged with three class A misdemeanors for unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old.
Black was released from custody on $5,850 bond. He is scheduled to make his initial court appearance on May 26.
Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

Hmmmm nasty character, but there are some more nasty men over at the creek that should be arrested too
Scum bag.
So crazy that I, a 16 year old girl, went to this guys house at least once a week for awhile. My mom and I are hesitant to even call him over (he’s our landlord) to fix things now.
