SOUTHERN UTAH – Southern Utah counties are facing primary elections later this month for the Republican nomination of state Senate District 28. Incumbent Evan Vickers will face Casey Anderson for the senate seat that represents Beaver and Iron counties, as well as the eastern half of Washington County.
Within Washington County, incumbent Brock Belnap and challenger Nathan Caplin are facing a primary for the Washington County Republican Party’s nomination for county attorney.
The primary election is June 24, but early voting will be held in Iron and Washington counties from June 10-13, 16-20. Beaver County is conducting early primary voting via mail. Early voting locations and times are listed below.
